More and more people now are aware that getting starved or skipping breakfast does not help reduce weight. Rather, these weight loss methods are detrimental to the health. One of the most talked about diet plans now that encourage dieters to eat is the Medifast weight loss program. The idea of this diet plan is that dieters eat 6 meals a day. This is called the 5 and 1 diet plan. Each day, the dieter will choose 5 pre-prepared supplement meal from a list of over 70 choices. It is then completed by another meal called the Lean and Green meal. What is this Lean and Green Meal?
