I am on the Medifast diet and would love to get some lean and green meal ideas from others on the same diet.?

I have a husband and 4 teenagers that are willing to try the lean and green idea if I can find some great recipes. If you don’t know what the Medifast diet and lean and green is then you won’t know the requirement for these meals. This question is for those that are on the Medifast plan.
